What I came to understand over the years

Over the years, I came to understand the feminine psyche through lived experience. Much later, I found words for how that inner world finds expression in everyday life: in what we choose, what we leave unsaid, how we love, and the boundaries we allow ourselves to set.

For me, exploring shadow and archetypes is a way of recognizing those inner stories. I am interested in how that understanding can nourish every area of our lives: relationships, work, money, creativity, and the way we move through loss.

More than looking for explanations in past lives, my work returns to this life: what we feel today, what we repeat, and what we can begin to choose more consciously. That is where the spiritual and the everyday meet for me.

Not loudly. Not all at once. Like someone cleaning a mirror so slowly you don’t notice the glass getting clearer — only that you can see more of yourself each time you look.
